Ethreum: Its the darling coin of the market . Since its first release in 30 july 2015, its showing great growth rate in the market.
It got seperated in 2016 as a Ethreum and Ethreum classic.
The market cap of Ethreum is $ 45.41 B.
Its the leading blockchain platform ICO (Initial coin offering projects) as of 2017 that holds of 50% market share
Currently its dancing @$478 (Rs33000-/on indian exchange)
I see this currency as the second bitcoin. this coin can perform very big in 2018.
Litecoin : Another roaring currency after Ethreum. Litecoin is very similar to Bitcoin (Boss of cryptocurrency), although its not like bitcoin. Litecoin has almost zero payment cost , this makes it unique than BTC. It was released in oct.2011. Market cap has reached $ 8.96 B in 2017 and the trading price is $165 (Rs11500/-) Till November 2017 it has jumped over 3000%.
trend shows that it can reach a height in 2018.
Dash : it is said to be the most most user friendly and the most on chain scalable cryptocurrency in the world. It currently offers instant transcation , private transcation and a self governing and self funding model that enables the Dash network to pay individuals and businesses to perform work that adds value to the network . It was launched in 2014 as Darkcoin but re branded in 2015 as Dash . This Cryptocurreency has also been backed by the investor funds. Currecnt market cap is $5.59B. this currency is also performing very well on the exchanges and is on the top10 list.current market price is $ 735/ dash. This makes it a dashing coin of 2018.
IOTA : The main innovation behind IOTA is the Tangle. It uses a directed acyclic graph(DAG), instead of blockchain . IOTA Dag is called Tangle. IOTA cant be mined so it cant be created anymore.It was introduced in 2016 and got funded too. Current market cap is $11.81 B . It is the rising star of crypworld.
Bitcoin Cash : Hard fork occurred in 2017 of Bitcoin this resulted in bitcoin cash. It should be noted that Bitcoin wallet address and Bitcoin cash address is a different now , so it must be unique address for Bitcoin cash. Soon after launch many cryptocurrency exchange started to accept it. Market cap of BTC cash is $ 23.3 B and the rate is $1383/-. This currency is going to make it in 2018.
Monero : Its an open source cryptocurrency created in 2014.
it uses public ledger to record transaction while new coins are created after mining. It is based on cryptonote protocol which is different from bitcoin. Current marekt rate is $263.54. this currency will definetly going to give more next year.
Ripple (XRP) : XRP is the native currency of the Ripple network that only exists within the Ripple system. Its a RTGS , currency exchange, and remittance network. It was actually release in 2012 but made a stable release in 2017. Its been used by many company as well american bank. Bank relies more on ripple technique over Bitcoin as its secure and very cheap as compared to other network.
It got virtual currency liecence in 2016 making it 4th company with Bitlicence. Since XRP is built into ripple protocol so requires no mining.
SBI holding(Japan) has partnered with HUOBI to launch a crypto exchange in 2018.
